So while I am leveling my BS I save cloth for my tailor when he hits max level, etc.Д¬reate a guild bank, spend the 7k to get all the tabs and stock it full. This also holds true for other professions. (I get distracted to easy) so I store the mats that I will need when I hit my max level. A great example of this is while I level characters I don't level their professions at the same time. I started using a bank alt to basically store things that I knew I was going to need later but didn't need in the moment. I bought it at 50s and have been selling it in MoP at 5-10g) (we all know how much hypnotic dust is selling for these days. This comes in especially handy when one expansion is ending and another is starting. I use my bank alt and his 6 tab guild bank to stockpile materials. It is useful to have a place to send items that you know you can sell, but they either aren't in hot demand or don't meet the needs of one of your professions. I have one main banker/alt that I use to sell random things that aren't linked to the profession toons that I have. I think that we all use at least one banker alt.

He also is my Transmorg poster as well as the person who covers my vendor route recipes. Everyone should be selling these items as well as vendor patterns that you can pick up in about an hour. The 78-80, 83-84 green market is a great one to be in. This guy is the one I am currently enjoying the most. I deal mostly in glyphs with this character and use his Alchemy for other professions like Buckles.

He always has the auction house full of his wares and makes good gold each day as long as I repost a few times. Cooking mats, Cloth, random loot etc, he also sells the lvl 90 PVP plate gear my main crafts, because I don't want my main to have to deal with it. My bank alt specializes in selling all the junk my other chars do not. A bank alt to have storage space for materials you may be stockpiling or a place to put random crafting mats.
